Requirements

    * Fresh graduates welcome to apply!
    * Male/Female of all ages
    * Able to use Mircorosft Office 2007 (proficient in PowerPoint is a must)
    * Design Software Corel Draw, InDesign, Freehand, Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Affects -> Must be able to make Motion Graphics / Animation files
    * English speakers will have an advantage
    * Must possess at least an Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree or D3 equivalent
    * Must be willing to work hard!

RESEARCH EXECUTIVE - QUALITATIVE

Job Purpose :

    * To work with team leader to manage total research needs of set of clients by initiating researches based on client objectives and supervising their implementation.
    * Moderating focus group discussion as well as in-depth interviews for the qualitative project
    * Analyzing client’s needs and research results under supervision of research manager/ director



 Requirements:

    * Holds minimum Bachelor Degree from well recognized International or Indonesian University, majoring Psychology, Business Management, Social Sciences (e.g. Sociology, Anthropology), English Literature, or Business related subjects. With 1 – 2 years experience in a Marketing Research agency or Research Projects.
    * Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
    * Computer literate, especially in projects/statistics related applications and power point presentation
    * Outstanding communication skills
    * Willing to travel
    * Able to handle pressure of tight deadlines
    * High conceptual thinking and able to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related.
    * Able to identify key or underlying issues in a complex discussion using creative conceptual or inductive reasoning
